A Note From Victoria

Let’s talk about relationships. Whether it’s family, friends, lovers, or all of the above, having connections with others is vital. The quality of these connections can potentially be a reflection of our internal world. Through comprehensive exploration of this inner world, and understanding why it may have developed the way that it did, it can be possible to cultivate a more peaceful and enriching life.

I offer telehealth services to adults, teenagers, children, and couples. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are generally most effective when attended weekly.

The best outcomes are yielded by the quality and consistency of the relationship with your therapist. Having a solid relationship in therapy can serve as a strong foundation for other relationships in life.

As a licensed therapist, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and couples struggling with anxiety and related issues. I have received specialized training in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy. I am passionate about empowering my patients to better understand and manage their anxiety, and to live full and fulfilling lives.

In my practice, I create a safe and supportive space for clients to share their experiences and work towards their goals. I believe in the importance of a collaborative therapeutic relationship and work with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

I practice primarily from a psychodynamic approach and believe that understanding what is beneath the symptom is profoundly valuable in the healing process. Through developing trust, facilitating introspection, and meeting people where they are at in their process, I integrate interventions based on individual needs.
